Meditation with Coach Debbie: Communion with God

Communion with God is more important than anything else we do, no matter how urgent everything else feels. Take time to grow in God’s word and meditate.

Below are a few of Coach Debbie’s favorite verses to meditate on, use and share today!

My son (and daughter), pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words.

Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.” - Proverbs 4:20-22

“I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done.” – Psalm 143:5

Then I thought, “To this I will appeal: the years when the Most High stretched out his right hand. I will remember the deeds of the LORD; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. I will consider all your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds.” - Psalm 77:10-12

“May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the LORD.” - 104:34

“Tremble and do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.” – Psalms 4:4

“My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.” – 119:148
