#WellnessWednesday Mental Health Awareness Month 2018

"Really it boils down to something pretty simple. And it's relationships." - 60 minutes, Oprah Winfrey Reports

#BeKindBeTheDifference May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we want to bring awareness to relationships or what Coach Debbie calls, "heart work". Heart work is getting to the core of the hole in your soul, healing, and being open to positive connections. Heart work is fostering kind relationship that cultivate your self-esteem, outlook, and vision of self-worth. This month, Debbie hopes to awaken your body, mind, and soul to recognize where you may be stuck, lonely, or suffering from unaddressed trauma.

Based on her personal and professional experience, Debbie is a mental health advocate focused on helping families see past the stigma and heal intergenerational trauma. Debbie recognizes a disappointing gap in emotional health care and mental wellness for families in America and strives to be the change.

Her message is "your life matters", and she helps people find their #LifePurpose. Our genetic code thrives when we touch each other with goodness, gentleness, meekness, empathy, and understanding. The need to connect is ingrained in our DNA. So connect with Coach Debbie on Facebook, Twitter, and instagram as she teaches what it means to be present and guiding healthy relationships through a meditation tool known globally as mindfulness.
